Delivery & Returns
Please note that we can currently only deliver Lovejoys products to Mainland UK. We will be working on the logistics of being able to deliver all our products all over the UK however at this present moment we are sorry but will be unable to deliver to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.
We do also have a network of stockists throughout the UK so please click here to find your nearest stockist of Lovejoys pet food.
Your order will be processed within two working days of receipt. This usually takes up to three business days for arrival. If your order is over £30 you will qualify for FREE delivery. For orders under £30 a standard delivery charge will apply of £4.95. Please note UK bank holidays are not classed as a delivery day and would ask that you allow an extra business day for delivery.
If you are not available to sign for your delivery and have left delivery instructions to that effect when placing your order, you will be deemed to accept the full risks of receipt of those goods. If you are not able to accept the goods a card will be left of the attempt to deliver and how to advise how to re-arrange delivery. While we endeavour to keep our charges to a minimum, if we are unable to leave the goods through no fault of our own a further standard delivery charge may be levied prior to re-arranging delivery.

In the unlikely event that any products are not in stock, delivery maybe delayed and we will keep you informed via email of the progress of your order.
At Lovejoys we would like you and your pet to be delighted with our products. If, however, upon receiving you order you experience any problems please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office on 01953 882485. You will need to provide details of your name, address, order reference, contact details and details of your concern.
I ordered the wrong product or changed my mind. Can I return it?
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of the original delivery and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Products should be returned to Lovejoys, Cressingham Road, Saham Toney, Thetford, Norfolk IP25 7AA. We cannot be held responsible for postage of returning items. If you require an exchange for another product we are happy to process this however an additional delivery charge of £4.95 may apply.
My item is damaged or faulty
All damages must be cleared noted on proof of delivery. Please be advised that signing unchecked deliveries is not acceptable. We will require images of the damage/fault referred to and follow the procedure shown above.
I received the wrong item
Please follow the above procedures shown above and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that in the event you would like to arrange collection of an item, we charge a minimum of £25.

We are confident in the quality of our food, however if for any reason your dog does not take to Lovejoys Dry Original, contact us within 28 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. Proof of purchase required, one claim per household. Call the office on 01953 882485.
If you want to cancel your order prior to dispatch of items, please contact us in the first instance. We will advise if this is possible to prevent delivery of your order however an administration charge of £5 may apply. As a consumer within the EU you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you cancel your order you will receive a refund within four weeks providing the returns procedures have been met.
